Shipping policy

We pack every order in Indiana and ship it fully insured, with tracking. Orders over $200 require a signature. US addresses are standard. Email us before checkout if you need international delivery.

We cannot ship to forwarding services or waive a required signature. If the carrier marks it delivered and you do not have it, contact us the same day with photos of the outer box so we can open a claim.
