Refund policy

Please inspect the watch when it arrives. If it is not as described, email us within 48 hours of delivery. It needs to come back unused, with everything that shipped.

If we listed it incorrectly, we cover return shipping. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, fit, or a lower price elsewhere. Watches that have been worn, sized, or are missing tags cannot be returned.

Pre-owned and gray-market watches often do not include a manufacturer warranty. If the product page does not mention one, none is included. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment.
